From the conception to the realisation of your event
‘The World Sailing Games’
For the last two consecutive years Eventek has been chosen by the FFV (French Sailing Federation) to set up the layout for the World Sailing Games at the Base Nautique de Marseille (scaffolding, bungalows, tents, stands, decoration, furniture, audio and visual equipement and a giant screen).
‘SAVIM’ trade show since 2016 to date.
The ‘SAVIM’ trade show organisers have chosen EVENTEK for the exhibition stands, set up, exhibitor support during the event, an overall set up of 10,000m2 (carpets, temporary walls, spot rails, signs, information stands, personalized reception desk, a connecting tent between two halls, secured storage area, furniture and technical support).
Exhibition stands for the institutional organisations since 2014.
Working together with la Région Sud event agences, EVENTEK sets up the stands for the institutional organisations during the la Foire Internationale de Marseille: tents, exhibition stands, decoration, furniture, carpentry and technical operations on-site.
‘French Tech ’GO since 2017
EVENTECK supports the organizers of the ‘French Tech ’main event of the year in Marseille, often in complex and untypical locations. We supply tents, marquees, furniture and decoration.
‘Heavent ’since 2016
EVENTEK is a supplier of the reception area during the Heavent SUD fair in the Palais des Festivals de Cannes: an installation of 1000 m2, made out of sheathed wood divider walls – in less than 10 hours.
EVENTEK is also an exhibitor at this fair with HB Art for animation and caterer La Truffe Noire.
