The project manager will be your privileged point of contact. He will accompany you throughout the entire process of the event.
BRIEF OF THE FIRST MEETING
A key step in the process, the brief allows the client to express his wishes and suggestions. The project manager gives clear solutions for each element of the project.
FIRST SITE PLAN
Development of a first implementation plan from the meeting. Using the software Turbocad allows us to exchange files without risk of errors.
VALIDATION OF THE SITE PLAN
The client validates the site plan before proceeding to the second step: the choice of materials and assembly plan.
MATERIALS AND QUANTITIES
The materials are chosen according to the preferred material, colors and costs.
An estimate of the quantities is given.
D -15 to D - 10
THE ASSEMBLY PLAN
The assembly plan is created according to the exhibitor list supplied by the customer and the estimated quantities are transmitted to the technical service.
VALIDATION OF INTERVENTION PLANNINGS
All the services come together and set up a schedule and retro-planning to allow perfect team work and synergy.
DURING AND AFTER
SET UP OF THE MAIN INSTALLATION
The various elements are sent to the event site the day before or the day of set up, without any problems due to our proximity. They are installed according to the plan set by the design office.
RECEPTION, CONTROL AND VALIDATION
The customer validates the installation and the final quality of the product in the presence of the project manager if necessary.
ADJUSTMENT AND SUPPLEMENT MANAGEMENT
The events industry is often subject to last minute unexpected changes.
EXHIBITOR ARRIVAL MANAGEMENT
Control of exhibitor flows with management of contingencies and extras.
OPENING OF THE SHOW
After a final check, the show opens its doors. A technician does a tour every morning.
TECHNICAL TEAMS PRESENCE
During the whole duration of our event our project managers are accompanied by electricians, fitters and floor carpenters.
AFTER : D + 12 to D + 15
DISASSEMBLING & STORAGE
After the event, our teams dismantle the installed equipment, then transport it and stock it in our warehouse.
After the event, the team lead together with the project manager define the additional services. Then, a debriefing is organized to collect the feedback of the client and his various remarks in order to improve the following services.
Your single point of contact is present during the entire period of event with technicians specialized in flooring, tapestry, electricity and set up in order to quickly respond to any problems.
Your operational managers inform the project manager about the intervention details so that he can organize the interventions planning to be carried out effectively by his technicians.
Carried out within a maximum of 4 hours (enough time to transport the missing additional materials if necessary).
Arrival of exhibitors:
Presence of the project manager and technicians throughout the exhibitor arrival period (D-3) from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The project manager will be present from morning until noon with his team of versatile technicians.
During the fair :
A versatile technician will make a daily pass of at least 2 hours every morning before opening to ensure the proper functioning of the event.
During the whole event, the project manager is at your disposal if you need urgent intervention.
A team of technicians always work in security
All our teams are subject to high safety standards.
The use of professional tools and suitable methods are essential:
– Safety shoes
– License nacelles, machines, HGV
– Helmets, if necessary
– Clothing adapted to security measures
During each set up, we transmit a safety file with certificate of assembly of all the materials supplied.
